If you are hosting a complex event, we will typically meet with you and your wedding or event planner, if you are using one, at your event venue. We will discuss your expectations, what you want from the musical performance, the role music will play in the broader picture of your special event, and how your event will unfold within your venue. You can count on us to make recommendations to help your live music add even more to your event. Discussing your event in detail and “walking” through your event program at your venue helps us anticipate and address potential glitches or pitfalls to help ensure your event runs smoothly.
