Smooth Groove Productions has been serving the Greater Seattle and Puget Sound area's live entertainment needs since 1999.

Communication and Service

Much of our work takes place before the event even starts. Our methods are to actively consult with our clients to ensure that they receive the right entertainment for their event. Once we find the right entertainment we facilitate a series of communications, which begins with a minimum of one face-to-face meeting with the client, the entertainer, and us if possible. Lines of communication in the form of phone calls and emails are always open up till the moment of the event. Communication is critical for the success of a special event. We understand the big picture to event planning whether it is a wedding or a corporate event. We make sure that we know where we fit in the big scheme of things. This means being communicative with the venue of the event as well as other vendors that comprise the event. This means taking care of the small details and logistics for the success of the event. This means taking care of any possible contingencies and situations that could impact the event. This means making sure everything runs smoothly as possible.
